1. Orders & Pre-Orders

• All treats are handmade and freshly prepared upon order.

• Processing time may take [2-3 working days] before shipping.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

2. Product Information

• Our treats are made with natural ingredients and contain no preservatives.

• Storage guidelines:

  • Once opened, best consumed within 1 month.

  • Maximum shelf life: up to 3 months in a cool, dry place.

  • After 3 months, product may lose aroma/taste but does not mean it is spoiled if stored properly.

• Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability for their pets.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners within Malaysia.

• Delivery times may vary depending on courier and location.

• The Furbaby Bites is not liable for courier delays once the package is dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of pet food, all sales are final and non-returnable.

• If products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo or video).

• We will arrange a replacement or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

5. Member Discounts & Promotions

• Membership discounts, vouchers, and free shipping promotions are subject to change at any time.

• Only one promotion code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Treats are intended as supplements/snacks, not a replacement for a balanced pet diet.

• Customers should introduce new treats gradually and monitor their pets.

• The Furbaby Bites will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions caused by overfeeding, allergies, or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Furbaby Bites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that natural handmade products may vary slightly in size, color, and texture.
