At The Furbaby Bites, all our treats are freshly homemade and prepared with care. Since our products are perishable, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
As our treats are food items, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, pet preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with:
Your order number
A photo of the item(s) received
We will review the case and may provide:
A replacement item, or
A refund/store credit (case by case basis).
3. Freshness & Quality
All treats are made to order without preservatives.
Best consumed within 1 month after opening (up to 3 months sealed, but taste/smell may change — this does not mean the product is spoiled).
We cannot issue refunds for products that have been stored improperly (e.g., left open, exposed to heat/moisture).
4. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, production time will be stated on the product page. Refunds are not allowed once production has started.
5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will do our best to help track your order. If the courier confirms a lost parcel, we will resend or refund your order.
